Welcome to Champaran Yuva Kalyan Society (CYKS), a reputed non-profit organization established in 1988 with a vision to build a self-reliant, skilled, and empowered society. Since its inception, CYKS has been actively working in the areas of skill development, education, entrepreneurship training, and community development, with a special focus on rural and underprivileged sections of society.
At CYKS, we believe that skill is the foundation of sustainable livelihood. Our training programs are designed to equip youth with practical knowledge, industry-relevant skills, and the confidence required to succeed in today’s competitive environment. Over the years, we have successfully trained 5000+ youth across multiple sectors, enabling them to secure employment, improve their livelihoods, and even start their own enterprises.
